Joolz runs her company, Berkshire Holistic Beauty, from Maidenhead where she offers massage, and relaxing pamper packages.

She wanted a simple, nice looking site to showcase her services, display her price list and act as an online calling card.

Previously, she'd had a Wordpress website because she had heard she would be able to update the content herself. As it turned out, she found Wordpress itself needed regular updating, and changing the text was not as straight forward as she had thought.

She also realised she didn't update the site nearly as often as expected.

This time, she wanted me to provide something that looked the part and was easy to use.

About Gojistick!

Hi I'm Steve - I'm a web and web app developer.

I started 'Gojistick' around 2010 to build sites for smaller businesses and individuals who just need a simple web presence.

I'd heard about clients paying enormous amounts of money for sites I know I could build, while charging reasonable rates, for much less money.

And, as the popularity of 'off the shelf' websites and page-builder systems grew, I heard of clients paying, initially, very little for sites that looked ok at first, but were slow, unwieldy and expensive to update or maintain.

I don't see why that you can't have a good quality, straight forward web presence, at a fair price.

So, I spoke to some friends in the industry - fellow freelancers - and asked them to help me put together an offering that would allow us to help smaller businesses get on the web without breaking the bank, or the internet.

Now - Gojistick offers an efficient, friendly service to fulfil the needs of small business.

I also have a company called 'Kiss Development Services Ltd.' and we work on mobile apps, e-Commerce sites and various other technical projects for a range of clients.
